• The order needs to be canceled within 24 hours of the order placement. If you fail to cancel your order within 24 hours, you will have to continue with the order and no refund will be granted.
• We do offer free revisions, but to avail that, one or more than one situation needs to be satisfied. The situation includes:
  • The writer didn’t fulfill your expectations or the brief you provided. However this doesn’t imply if the client was kept in the loop, and they didn’t rose an issue at that time.
  • To avail of free revision, you need to pen down what went wrong. The team would analyze your feedback and revert to you shortly. If the feedback is correct, we would surely allow free revisions.
  • General comments like “I don’t like it”, are not acceptable. In such situations, revisions don’t implement.
  • We do not cater to new requirements under “free revisions”. We are liable for revisions in the case we failed to offer you a good experience. Demanding anything extra under free revisions is not catered. In such cases, the fresh price will be quoted.
  • For revisions, we have a timeline of 24 hours to 48 hours. For instant revision, get in touch with the customer support team. We would check the occupancy of the author and respond accordingly.
  • Prompt communication from the client’s end is highly crucial. Late replies during revision might result in the cancellation of free revision.
  • A single set of changes would be entertained at a time. Extra changes would be entertained after one cycle of revision would be completed.
  • For revisions, a fresh deadline needs to be determined.
• We do offer a refund, but to avail that, one or more than one situation needs to be satisfied. The situation includes:
  • In case we miss the deadline and your instructor has refused to accept the submission, we owe you a complete refund.
  • In case your professor has accepted late submission with a little deduction, only a certain % will be refunded.
  • We are liable for a refund in case the delivered paper was completely plagiarized.
  • We guarantee quality outcomes, not grades. Hence if do not achieve your desired grade, we would not refund your amount. However, if are a victim of rare cases like failing the assignment due to our prepared paper, we are liable to refund. Evidence needs to be presented in such cases.
  • In case your payment has been subjected to deduction twice, we are bound to refund your amount. In such cases, share a screenshot with the customer support team and we’d resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Refund takes some time because the team looks after the whole situation and only then allows a refund. Hence we highly request our buyers to practice patience during this period. Moreover, responding late during the process might result in refund request cancellation.
• We do not allow third-party involvement during any process. We request our buyers to get their issues resolved through the customer support team. Involving advocates or friends would result in the refusal of the request.
• Buyers own the complete ownership of the paper they receive. However, in case they claim a refund and do not accept the order, they would not be allowed to use the content of the paper. In case they do, we are liable to take any action against them.
